An event to benefit River's Wish Animal Sanctuary
What better way to celebrate Black Friday than by participating in the Black Cow Mini-Auction to benefit River's Wish Animal Sanctuary. Usually, we invite supporters to gather at the sanctuary in a day of volunteering, called Black Sheep Friday. But, here we are, still in a pandemic.
So we thought it would be fun to do a little one day mini-auction to help raise funds, particularly for veterinary and special needs animals care costs. River's Wish is committed to providing life long care to our residents, which means many of our animal friends are elderly or have special health care needs.
At our Black Cow Mini-Auction, you can do a little holiday shopping early: whether it's one of the generously donated items we have, or something for a loved ones stocking, like an animal sponsorship, we hope you'll join us for this 12-hour event!

River's Wish has no paid staff. Our Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Sanctuary Manager, Animal Caregivers, garden workers and technology support people volunteer their time and energy for the animals.
